Dr. Amy Law is a nurse-midwife, educator, and global collaborator with over two decades of clinical experience at Kaiser Permanente San Jose. Currently, she serves as the Nurse-Midwifery Specialty Coordinator for UCSF’s BSN Entry to DNP Pathway, where she combines clinical expertise with educational leadership to prepare the next generation of nurse-midwives.
In 2025, Dr. Law joined the inaugural cohort of the UCSF Certificate in Global Nursing. Since then, she has deepened her commitment to global health through collaboration with midwifery faculty at Moi University in Eldoret, Kenya, as part of the AMPATH-UCSF partnership. Her work supports bidirectional learning, capacity building, and strengthening midwifery education through equitable, long-term partnerships. Dr. Law’s dedication to advancing diversity, equity, and global collaboration in nursing and midwifery continues to inspire those around her, and we are proud to celebrate her.
