Global Nursing Interns (2026—2027)
Global Nursing Interns collaborate with UCSF and global faculty mentors and principal investigators across 11 projects spanning eight countries to advance research, quality improvement, and global nursing priorities. This collaborative, immersive experience brings together 25 interns from 13 countries to engage in culturally humble partnerships, bidirectional learning, and scholarship while developing skills in research, data analysis, scholarly writing, and dissemination. Throughout the internship, participants contribute their diverse professional and academic experiences to work that advances nursing practice, strengthens health systems, and promotes health and health equity globally.
