Join the Center for Global Nursing for CGN’s Community Meetings and Journal Club, a space where nurses and advanced practice providers come together to build connections, exchange insights, and stay informed about emerging trends and developments in global health. Whether you are actively engaged in global work or looking to expand your knowledge and network, these meetings are open to all. The 2026 CGN’s Community Meetings and Journal Club will occur from 12 to 1 p.m. Pacific Time on February 10th, March 17th, and October 6th.
Stay up to date on CGN programs, initiatives, and global opportunities designed to support and elevate nursing professionals worldwide. Each meeting also includes our Journal Club, led by CGN member David Alfon, MSN, FNP-BC, NEA-BC, where we explore timely and relevant nursing literature. Earn CEs, participate in meaningful discussions, and reflect on the impact of nurse-led research on clinical practice and the essential contributions of nurses in advancing global health.
