The Center for Global Nursing's members are UCSF nurses, advanced practice providers (APPs), faculty and students. Our members have a wide range of experiences and expertise, along with global health training. They are prepared to collaborate on nursing and interdisciplinary global health initiatives.
CGN members work and have experience working in more than 55 countries across five continents.
Who can become a member?
- Affiliated with UCSF as a nurse or APP
- Interested in global health sciences
At UCSF, the term "APP" includes a variety of advanced practice professionals, such as certified nurse midwives, nurse practitioners, physician assistants (PA) and certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs).
