On Tuesday, October 13th (7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. Pacific Time), please join the Center for Global Nursing to welcome Adam Leonard, PhD(c), MPH, CPNP, Assistant Adjunct Professor at the UCSF School of Nursing, as our featured speaker for the October Global Nursing Impact Series. Adam will share insights from his research focused on tuberculosis prevention and care among youth.
As a PhD candidate at Johns Hopkins University, Adam applies epidemiological methods to evaluate the impact of youth-friendly health services on tuberculosis and HIV outcomes among youth living with HIV in Central and East Africa. An emerging leader in this field, his work builds on his clinical experience and commitment to developing equitable, responsive health systems for adolescents and young adults.
UCSF welcomes all participants to our events. If you need a reasonable accommodation to participate in this event because of a disability, please contact Pilar Deer at [email protected] as soon as possible.
