If you’re passionate about global health, advancing health equity, and shaping the future of nursing, this program offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience working alongside global partners to address real-world challenges in nursing and advanced practice. Interns engage in meaningful research, quality improvement initiatives, and meaningful collaboration to help strengthen the global nursing workforce and promote nurse leadership worldwide while building scholarly writing and research skills. Interns are expected to commit a minimum of 5 hours per week.

• Nursing students in/entering their final year or advanced practice students
• Early-career nurses and APPs
• Post-bachelor professionals passionate about health equity and eager to build skills in research and quality improvement through a nursing lens
